‘No one has ever become poor by giving’ – wrote Anne Frank.

Born and raised in Budapest, I encountered her diary at a young age, and felt a strong calling to serve society and give a chance to as many people as possible. After finding purposeful work in different roles, I decided to take my skills and knowledge to the next level.

Among the graduate programs, Central European University and the Mundus MAPP program is just perfect for this purpose. CEU’s practice oriented learning is exactly what I was looking for. Constant class discussion, a wide arrow of skill- building opportunities, current policy problems, professors with real-life experience, great alumni network and first-class career development center awaited me from my first day onward at the university.

Among its great many features, CEU’s guiding ‘open society’ principle is the most valuable for me. The sense of responsibility & contribution to society is woven through the students and professors in a truly international setting. Being in such an inspiring melting pot is an unprecedented and amazing experience of my life.
